It's ALWAYS a pleasurable experience at Timbers Restaurant. The food is scrumptious. All fried foods are not greasy, i.e. Buffalo Wings are spicy, Calamari is well seasoned, the Shrimp is steamed to perfection, the Onion Rings are tasty, the knots are hot, airy, and drizzled with butter, the Crab Cakes are out of this world. We went in end of February after numerous appointments. It was the best decision to go to our regular restaurant. The minute we entered, we could feel the stress of our hectic day leave us. The ambience of the restaurant is so welcoming and relaxing! We were make a meal out of multiple appetizers. Bellisimo! Off of Interstate 95, take the Ladysmith Exit. Address and directions are on the APP: Maps. When you are at Timbers, Vito and Josephine treat the customers like family.

Great atmosphere. The food was pretty good. It didn't blow my hair back and I can't complain. We'll go back.

I placed a order for me and my family to go 1st i did not get my oinion rings and we all got steak and chesse i told them to toast the buns they did not and the buns was soggy and not good and the steak was rubbery u have to eat there to get food right iwent there with family a few months ago it was amazibg i dont no what happend butWILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

Stopped in on our way home. We needed to get off the highway so we stopped off this exit and found this place. To our surprise it has a nice decor and atmosphere. Staff was amazing! Food was wonderful, everything was scratch made and fresh! They were busy with a ball team but everything was spot on! We will definitely be making this a regular stop when we are on the road! We highly recommend!!

Wow! Party of 6 from out of town. I asked if there was anyway to get a birthday cake when we walked in(I know, I should have called in advance). Well they baked one by the time we were done with appetizer and dinner. Prime rib awesome, crab cakes, chicken, lobster ravioli, blackened tilapia..... YUM. Service was friendly and top notch. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

We just started going to these guys about three weeks ago, all I can say is their food is excellent. I haven't had one bad dinner yet. Deliveries are fast and prices are reasonable. Tonight we decided to pick up can I tell you the alfreddo with shrimp is to die for!!! I have been getting their chicken wrap, but This is my new favorite!!

Erica waits on us atleast 3 times a week here and her service as well as the food we order often is great. 🤙🏾🤙🏾

Good food and service.

The food here is delicious. Have never had a bad meal! The service was rather on the slow side though considering that they really aren't all that busy on a Saturday night. We kept having empty drinks for a while.

I am a truckdriver, I was slightly outside of their normal delivery area but they accomodated.I had the Sloan Burger and seasoned chips. It was the best burger and potato chips I've had in years! The Potato chips are homemade!Well worth the above average price as it was above average food!!!

The Timbers was excellent. Our server went above and beyond to make sure that we were okay. From the appetizer to the desserts the appetizers were incredible. I had the steam shrimp, my wife had the tacos. Both perfectly prepared. For dinner we had the Prime Rib and Scallops. Any fish lover would be wowed by these dishes. If ever in the area this is a must stop and dine! It was worth every dollar.

Our group of 8 met for a family members birthday and we were not disappointed. We were immediately seated and our drink orders were taken. Everything arrived quickly and was delicious! Our waitress Erica was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of! We’ve all eaten here before and will continue to in the future. Great family atmosphere.

The location is convenient and its spacious on the inside. It has a nice patio if you want to eat outside. There is a bar but they need to learn how to fix mix drinks. The food taste processed. Some of the staff could use some customer service classes.

This is a family owned and operated restaurant. They know good food! They take time to prepare everything from scratch. The pizza is sooo delicious! Come hungry and say hi to Pam and Erica—they will take good care of you!

This is the best place. I’m gluten free and the waitress was very courteous and helpful in verifying with the chef in meal choices! The sirloin steak was out of this world. I asked for med-med rare and that’s exactly what I got! I’m a picky steak eater and this was the perfect place for me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The Timbers is the Best Restaurant in the Ladysmith Area. Great Food and Awesome Service. Come Out And Experience It For Yourself Its Amazing!!!

Nice and quiet.

We are new to the area and thought we would try it around 4pm 10/30. We ordered the loaded nachos for an app. It came out with an attempt at cheese sauce (flavorless), 5 slices of jalapeno, a few pieces of tomato, a piece of lettuce on the bottom, and stale chips. The waiter took the back to the kitchen. I told the waiter to cancel our order for burgers. If your cook doesn't have the self respect to send out a decent appetizer I am not staying for what's next. It was really disappointing. We hoped for better.Edited 11/1: Date was corrected. Owner claims that I "badmouthed" them. Just gave an honest review.

Great restaurant with amazing food!Everything is fresh, delicious, and made to order; no complaints here. The burgers are locally sourced from Charity Hill Farms, which taste amazing. Awesome pizzas are made in front of you in the dining room, and cooked in a giant pizza oven. The bar has a great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and polite! The Timbers is definitely worth stopping by for lunch or dinner!

Very nice place. I went in early afternoon.1shift bartender was very polite. Not sure the situation, maybe they were short handed. She had to bartend and be in the dining room as well. She was still very attentive and checked on myself and two other bar customers. If it were busier I'm not sure our service would've been as great. I ordered burger and fries and it was SUPER delicious, cooked just as I ordered. The only thing I had a problem with is it was a bit pricey and it took awhile for me to get my FIRST drink. Service, quality, and cleanliness deserve 5 stars. Also the 2nd shift bartender was so great. Even after I mentioned she reminded me of Casey Wilson the actress. 😂So awesome! I'll definitely be back!

Went to the Timbers this afternoon. Vito the owner was very polite and his staff was amazing. The food was delicious and the burgers were very juicy and the brussetta was nice and fresh. Recommend The Timber’s very much if you are looking for a very friendly and family environment to eat!!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the home town friendliness, Erica was a beacon of shining light. Food exceeded expectation of typical bar meals! Sirloin was tasty, chicken marsala tender and delicious as well. Will stop here again!

Not the server's best day. Got the drink order wrong twice. Never got the appetizer we ordered. Main course took a very long time to get. Had to ask for salt and pepper. She delivered my wife's sides and placed them across table from her. My daughter passed them over. The sides were cold and has to be sent back to be nuked. On the plus side the prime rib was very good and a genourous cut.

Nice place to hold meeting. Great sandwich foods too. They serve Pepsi products as well as alcohol. About 40 minutes from King William, Virginia.

The lemoncello cake is soooo good!! Get one to go if you have to!

Wow!!! EXCELLENT scallop entree with broccoli & baked potato!!! Took home the white garlic pizza w/ added spinach & chicken-fantastic!!! I had eaten MORE than half the scallops when I decided to tale the pic, very good!!! Will go back soon!!! And the garlic bread was warm & tasty, not hard!!!

Overall great meal. The herbed chicken. The broccoli was cooked more than I prefer. Chicken was very good. Then I ordered appetizer wings (to go). I asked for the seasoning they used on the chicken dinner! Omygolly..... don't tell.... those wings did not make it home! Gotta try it! Talk about tasty!

This was our first time here and it will definitely not be the last. The food was great and the server , Noah, was fantastic. I had the scallops and the were delicious!

SO good! The waitress was super sweet, the brusheswas amazing and so was the pizza. It was our 5 year olds birthday and they brought him a special treat!

Chicken marsala was great, restrooms could use some work tho.

I try to stay away from giving one star reviews so I will be generous and give them two. I can't even list the detail but this is a place for you to drink and not much of a place for you to eat except that this place is 85% restaurant and they don't seem to get that....oh well

I have only had lunch and pizza there. Price is fair food is good, service is good BUT constantly changes , dont know why.

We had the fried pickles tonight and they were amazing. We sat on the patio and they let us have our dog with us...thanksA

Timbers Restaurant is run by a family from Sicily, Italy! Need I say more? We thoroughly enjoyed the bottomless garlic knots, eggplant parmesan and bread pudding, which were all made from scratch! (They even make gluten-free pizza.) We'll be back to have the many other tempting items on the menu.Seating areas include:- Main dining rooms- Private dining room- Bar with TVs- Outdoor dining on the patio

Best service I've had in a long while. Noah was a terrific waiter. The food was arranged beautifully and was delicious. Loved the decor. Definitely will be a return customer.

I try to give this place a chance because I live in the area, but it's just not good. I give it 2 stars only because it's clean. I've never had good food there. The first time I ordered wings I was taken back by how awful the sauce was, or lack there of. My wife got pizza, and it tasted like oven cleaner. I was there another time, and the beer wasn't even that carbonated. We ordered their "Timber fries", and what came to the table looked as if they had been sitting in the kitchen for 3 days. I will continue to go there because I want to be wrong. I want to go there and have a nice meal. But as of now, they're striking out big time.
